Usage: Gift cards are issued by Whitehouse Emporium and can only be redeemed for in-store or online purchases. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards.
Validity: Valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will expire after this period.
Refunds: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Refunds for items purchased with gift cards will be returned to the card or a replacement issued.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
Balance: Check balances in-store or contact us via email or phone.
